The first drink was a punch in the “What the..” in an interesting way. Imagine mixing a mediocre Hefe and an average IPA. I could see this making a nice pour on a late summer afternoon, but it left me in a state of confusion. It was as if my taste buds were having a battle over which beer they wanted to pull through the most. Keep in mind I like a good Hefe and will go out of my way for a nice IPA, but the confusion the Indiana Krunkle created calls for 2 out of 4 Knuckles rating.
